Therefore it has the capabilities of achieving high sensitive response in much faster way if compared to bulk order. Many efforts have been made up till now to improve the behavior of photo detection and photo response.

By using proper method of structural improvement and phototronic effect or by making hetero structure with appropriate organic and inorganic, multiple groups have worked on this issue to achieve the goal. These are semi conductor compounds whose ionic nature is found between ionic semiconductor and covalent. It can be found in crystal structure in the form of wurtzite, zinc blende, and rocksalt. Here it must be noted that only wurtzite are found as a stable in the sense of thermodynamical.

Nano rods synthesis methods


There are many methods, such as mechano synthesis method, Vapor–phase synthesis method and so on.

This mechano synthesis method is generally used for synthesizing the quantom dots or nano crystals in different sizes. By this technique they are synthesized by many groups. For the proper growth proper surface is required, so that it can grow in one direction. So for making it grow in just one direction this is a very tactful way to implement. The importance of these methods is it can be grown in the temperature of room only and in much faster way, if it is compared to other chemical methods.

The other method is vapor phase synthesis method which is quite affective to the larger extent and area if compared with the other ones. It is used for one dimension nano structure. It is found to be more successful in terms of generating or producing large amount of nano wires.
